Terms of Service
Last updated: January 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CPQ DevKit websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), including https://www.cpqdevkit.com, and any related applications or extensions we provide.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
CPQ DevKit provides tooling, documentation, and related services intended to help developers work with CPQ platforms. The Services may include websites, a web application, and developer tools such as extensions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Services.
- If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- If an account is required for certain features, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, plan details, and any trial terms will be presented to you at the time you sign up.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers; we may receive subscription and billing-related details from our payment provider.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services (including by probing, scanning, or testing vulnerability without permission).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.
- Use the Services to transmit malware or to facilitate unlawful activity.
- Use the Services in a way that violates the terms or policies of any third-party platform you connect to (such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft/VS Code).
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Your content and inputs
If you provide content to the Services (such as text, code, configuration snippets, or other materials), you retain ownership of your content. You grant CPQ DevKit a limited license to use your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services and to comply with law.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit your content and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality obligations.
6. Third-party services and links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies, and CPQ DevKit is not responsible for third-party services.
7. Intellectual property
The Services (including software, design, text, and logos) are owned by CPQ DevKit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not use our trademarks or other brand features without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPQ DevKit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
CPQ DevKit does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that use of the Services will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPQ DevKit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPQ DevKit’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to CPQ DevKit for the Services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you have not paid anything, USD $100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPQ DevKit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
12. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CPQ DevKit Inc. has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
